the room was clean. a coffee maker was available. the bed was comfortable. the breakfast offered good choices. i found the location convenient to the railway station. it was quiet during the night. i was near the historic center.

i asked the reception for tissues. they told me to go downstairs to get them. there was no service for luggage.
